A measurement survey was conducted in an office building introduced TABS utilizing thermal capacity and thermal energy of the well water. It was confirmed that the indoor air temperature, humidity, and air flow speed were stable evenly as planned in the design phase. In addition, analysis of energy and water consumption confirmed that energy is equivalent to the top 15% of offices in Tokyo, and water is equivalent to 56% water saving.
