In this paper, we report on newly developed methods for supplementation of missing data and unobserved weather elements with the aim of applying them to the development of Expanded AMeDAS (EA) Weather Data for the period 2011-2020. The methods use GPV of Meso Scale Model (MSM) by Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) and can be applied even if the observatories were attacked by widespread and prolonged natural disasters.
