To develop an energy self-sufficient building, the objective of this research is to construct a model of: energy load, renewable energy generation in a building, and apply it to model predictive control. We will verify both the models and the predictive control, at the Takasago Innovation Center. In this paper, annual power balance of the building and issues are clarified.
