In this study the dependence of magnetization on temperature was measured on the various kinds of natural magnetite and titaniferrous iron sands produced from basic or acidic origin.
The magnetic transformation at low temperature was observed on every tested magnetite and titaniferrous iron sands having low TiO2 content, originated produced from acidic rocks.
On the contrary, titaniferrous iron sands from basic rocks didn't exhibit the magnetic transformation.
