It is necessary to gather information in an occasion of disaster, such as a large earthquake, because information is helpful in rescue activities. An aerorobot is useful to collect information, because the aerorobot can fly into the disaster area autonomously and the terrain doesn’t affect its flight very much. For example, bird’s eye image is typical useful information for efficient and strategic rescue activities. In this paper, our researches about autonomous aerorobot for disaster prevention are introduced.
