抄録
The author observed one case of daytime flying of an eastern bent-winged bat (Miniopterus fuliginosus), in winter in Kochi Prefecture. The observation was made in the afternoon when the temperature rose. The bat seemed to be foraging. This observation may be the first report of daytime flying by the eastern bent-winged bat in Japan.
