A 29-year-old man visited our hospital because of indurated erythemas with papillomatous nodules on the entire body skin. Histological finding revealed atypical lymphoid cell infiltration to the upper dermis and papillomatous proliferation of the epidermis. Immunohistochemically, atypical cells showed CD3 (+), CD4 (+), CD45RO (+), and CD19 (-) . Diagnosis of cutaneous T cell lymphoma was made. PUVA and BRM had been given. But these therapies were not effective. Three months after admission, suddenly atypical lymphocyte appeared in his peripheral blood. [Skin Cancer (Japan) 2000; 15: 175-178]
