We reported a case of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on the scrotum. The patient was a 59-year-old man who presented with an approximate 10-year history of an asymptomatic nodule on the scrotum. Histopathology revealed a solid type of BCC and the lesion was subsequently excised. We surveyed the literature and found 52 cases of BCC arising on the scrotum in the Japanese literature.
