Abstract
We reported a 71-year-old man who was seen initially superficial lymphadenopathy and subsequently developed asymptomatic reddish indurated plaque and tumor of skin.
Immunologic phenotypes of the abnormal mononuclear cell infiltrated in skin showed OKT4+, OKT8-. VEPA thrapy and radiation led to a temporary remission. At eight months after the onset, he died by pneumonia.
