Abstract
A 58-year-old woman with mycosis fungoides (plaque stage) who had been treated with PUVA for four years developed lymph node swelling on the right neck.
Histologically both poikiloderma-like lesions and erythematous plaques showed Pautrier's microabscess and lymphocytic infiltration in the dermis. The dermal infitrate was Leu-1 positive, Leu-3 positive and Leu-2 negative, and was considered to be consisted of helper/inducer T cells. Histologically, the lymph node of the right neck revealed a diffuse, large cell type malignant lymphoma with MT-1, UCHL-1 negative and MB-1, L26 positive tumor cells.
