the main concern of the MANET (Mobile Ad-hoc NETwork) so far was how to set the route. In the routing protocol, it is assumed that the address which is located in the protocol is the only one, however, it needs to be studied how to provide the unique address to nodes which are participating in the MANET before setting the route. In order to solve the above problems, this study suggests the concept of managing mobile nodes in a cluster unit and address allocation protocol which will perform the address location function effectively by applying a cluster characteristic to the address allocation protocol which can manage mobility easier. Also in order to compare with the existing studies, we performed an experiment by making a simulation environment. In the test result, we found that the propose way can decrease the address allocating time when the MANET is bigger.
