Kamikochi is located in the Chubu-Sangaku National Park was chosen for a case study. Interpretation at Kamikochi has had a good reputation for a long time. And two different types of interpretation were done by the Visitor Center and The Japan Alpine Club. A Guide-Walk, interpretation at outdoors was carried out by the Visitor Center. Mini-Talk, a slide show of nature was shown by The Japan Alpine Club. The purpose of these interpretations was to find a good subject for the Guide-Walk and the Mini-Talk. The findings show that the interpretation was very effective for cultural tourism. However, the cooperation of Guide-Walk and Mini-Talk is not enough. Kamikochi has various resources for sightseeing. Considering the diversity of sightseeing Kamikochi must undertake a more cooperative study. In order to realize this, unification of the local area is necessary.
