Prospects for the physics of Higgs boson and top quark at the present and future colliders are reviewed. The discovery potentials of the Higgs boson at Tevatron, LHC and LC are compared. The experimental aspects to measure the Higgs boson properties, mass, width, spin, CP, Yukawa coupling and Higgs self-coupling are also discussed. It is stressed that the precision measurements via top quark and weak bosons with which one can predict the loop effect of the Higgs boson is also very important to test the internal consistency of the Standard Model.
