Proton-protpn scattering upto 150 Mev are reproduced with the following potential in the triplet odd state. V(x)=the one pion exchange potential with g^2 e/4π=0.08 x≥1.0=V_<oc>+S_<12>V_<oT>. V_<oc>=-20Mev for 1.0≥x≥0.7 =-100Mev for 0.7≥x≥x_c V_<oT>=straight cut off the one-pion-exchange potential at x=1.0 for 1.0≥x≥x_c = a hard core for x≤x_c, x_c〜0.3. No evidence for any strong spin-orbit coupling potentials is found.
