A possible existence of a superheavy toponium bound via Higgs-boson exchange is discussed in the framework of the standard model with two Higgs doublets. The magnitude of the resonance peak for ψ_f(1^<-->) productions at e^+e^- collisions becomes a very good measure for Higgs-top Yukawa interactions owing to the special decay properties of the ψ_f(1^<-->).
