In order to study feasibility of higher frequency geodetic VLBI, we conducted asurvey of correlated flux densities of compact radio sources using Kashima-NobeyamaInterferometer (KNIFE) at 22 and 43 GHz. Based on continuum spectra obtained from a VLBI catalog at 2 and 8 GHz, 70 and 47 sources were observed and 51 and 20 sourceswere detected at 22 and 43 GHz, respectively. The intensity and sky distribution of detected sources give favorable prospect of the geodetic VLBI at 22 GHz. Using the observational results, we propose a list of 20 candidates S22≥1 Jy for geodetic VLBI observations.
