Abstract
In recent years, there is s great demand for multimedia softwares which comprise of sounds and images. Most conventional software development methods have been proposed for development of business softwares. It is, however, often required to account for the characteristics of multimedia software, such as real-time processing, synchronization between sound and image. In this paper, a management process for such software development is proposed to effectively organize the above mentioned multimedia characteristics. A project management method is also proposed to make the software development effective.
