Abstract
The recent changes in business environment -- like it is most often quoted "Dog Year" -- is increasing its speed remarkably. And application development is also one being pressured in many ways for "faster" development. In order to fulfill the business' need, IBM provides RAC (Rapid Application Center), solution to speed up application development, as part of the application development and maintenance service. The application development by RAC, mainly uses the technology and method of RAD (Rapid Application Development), but it's core method is one referred to as "Time-boxing." Also to note is that in RAC. Scope Management, especially Requirement Scope Management, is emphasized as major Project Management areas for the success of "Time-boxing." In this report, I would like to discuss Requirement Scope Management in RAC using actual cases of RAC.
