Abstract
Making project completion report is situated the last phase of process on application system and there is a feedback meeting on this development. For maintenance of the large scale system repeating development at regular intervals, if the lesson of the past with development are gifted is brought into play, it will be a important element for level up quality and productivity at the next projects. The leaving past experience of development as information property for next matters development will bring us very useful hints for project management. Making project completion reports is a chain of knowledge management we must think method of estimation for create additional value are related to next projects.
