Abstract
It is difficult for a student to acquire experiences of the business routine on the job training (OJT). Therefore, we introduce a project management education system which employs the role play method and offers the vicarious learning environment. We have two types of the role play: one is the actual human group and another is like the network game using Web application. In this paper, the comparing of the learning effect of two types of role play is described and the merit and problem is discussed.
