Abstract
Today's elementary education problem is taken up as a social problem, and an immediate solution is required on the decrease of scholastic attainments and the study desire. However, an effective problem solving technique is not almost proposed. In this research, it is proposed that an educational system of the problem solving using project management (hereafter PM) education to control the decrease in scholastic attainments and the study desire. And practice and the evaluation of elementary PM education were done in the elementary school. As the results, it is clarified that a necessary human skills for problem solving and the proposal of solution technique of the elementary education problem were clarified. Moreover, an elementary PM educational knowledgem which introduced PM was able to be systematized.
