2810 Execution and evaluation of Mentoring Pilot Program in enterprise

Abstract

A lot of enterprises hold the PM promotion as a problem, and Mentoring attracts attention as the solution. In June 2005, the research group about Mentoring for Project Management was established in the society of project management and research the PM promotion technique for having used Mentoring. We announced the practice program of Mentoring in the enterprise last year. We of this year aimed at developing as a pilot program of the practice program to a real enterprise, and evaluated the verification and the Mentoring practice program in the effect of the introduction of Mentoring.
