Abstract
This research addresses the human resource management and intends to teach the importance and necessity of team management through a business game specialized to the human aspects of a project. The business game is designed to be a card game which models the marketing activities, and learners are supposed to develop the skills of the marketing team by referencing the skills inventory and providing the necessary education so that the marketing goal can be achieved. The game provides the opportunity to learn the team building process through the project-based learning. This paper presents the overview of the business game as well as the results of the trial runs with the first-year students.
