1505 A Proposal Regarding a Bridge SE's Roles and Training in Offshore Development

Abstract

While bridge SEs play a significant role in offshore development and are expected to have high skill and expertise, there are not enough expert resources in that field. In order to successfully implement offshore development projects, which will be growing in future, the principle company and the offshore contractor need to jointly train bridge SEs according to a specific training program. This paper presents our current bridge SE training program and describes ideal offshore development.
