The risk management is essential to lead the project success by minimizing obstruction factors. We develop a new status evaluation technique for the project risk management. In the developed technique, changes of risk parameters for each project stage are targetted on. We clarify the important risk parameters for each stage of the development of IT systems using the principal component analysis.
