Abstract
The role-play training is the education methodology to provide an environment in which learners play the roles of stakeholders appearing in a virtual project. The role-play training requires learners to exchange information and to adjust stakeholders' interests. After that learners have to make a decision to solve a problem arisen in a virtual project. Herewith learners can use the knowledge studying in the classroom in the practical field and acquire human related skills such as leadership, negotiation, and communication through a group work. In our works, to promote sharing information among learners and exchanging their opinion, set interests to the stakeholder as a component of role-play scenario which conduct role-play training, and we present benefit of learning and our method's effectively.
