Abstract
Tokyo University of Technology has developed a role-play training system for project management education. The learning progress of a student in gaining human management skills will be dependent on his or her unique learning curve. The teaching staffs have to consider students' motivation of learning project management skills, their character, and their acquired skill level. They also have to fit teaching materials to students and to establish appropriate teaching methods according to their learning curves to realize Profile-Based Education. This paper describes collect the behavioral track records and analytical method for the behavioral track records of each learner.
