Abstract

The primary purpose of this paper is to study knowledge categories of personal PM. It is concluded that integration, scope, time, cost, quality and risk are indispensable in many elements of modern PM. However communication, human resource and procurement which are important factor to Enterprise project success are little required On the other hand, specifically motivation and self confidence are indispensable for personal PM. Because there are multiple personal projects at the same time, so it is indispensable to consider the portfolio management above knowledge categories to utilize limited time effectively.
