2108 Study of Stakeholder Management Supporting Method : Supporting tool for Stakeholder Management and Consensus Making Visualization

Abstract

This Paper introduced the study of the method for stakeholder management and situation visualization. The stakeholder management and consensus making among them is a base for project success. The time of consensus making with stakeholder is happen in all project's event. Hence, project member should execute the stakeholder management regardless of their layer of position. However, the stakeholder identification and consensus making depends on experience of practitioner in many case. This makes difficult to realize efficient stakeholder management for beginner of the project. So, this study organized the stakeholder management supporting tools and considered visualization method to grasp situation.
