Abstract
The new tissue comes into existence according to book: "Strategy and Structure" of the Alfred D Chandler () along with it when a new strategy is adopted. It is paraphrased that the organization and the team for the project coordination are formed as for this when a new project is born. It is indispensable to promote the project how the project organization is constructed for the project manager and it manages it smoothly. If the target of the project is clarified and the promotion policy is decided, the best organization is selected and not constructed automatically. Moreover, it is likely to become a situation in which it cannot help changing the strategy by the restriction of the organization. In this paper, the possibility where the function that the project that the organization body has is made for the influence to reach besides the effort of the project manager and the member exists is presented. It searches for the project strategy and the ideal way of the organization body.
