Abstract
The research describes on the scientific analysis of interest and the leadership which introduced the interest to project management (hereafter, PM). Since the Art of War has been written by Sunzi Bingfa more than 2000 years ago, a lot's of researches have been reported on the leadership skills. However, researches on the leadership skills which introduced the interest to the leadership of PM have not almost been reported. In this research, the interest is analyzed by interesting level, amount of information load and 5C (create, communicate, catch, control, comprehend). The introducing method of interest to PM is proposed based on the interesting analysis of PC game. Additionally, the PM interest map is also developed.
