1401 A Case Study of Problems Happened in an Application Program Development

Abstract

We completed the development of application program system which includes 500kstep. But some problems had happened during the making phase and the testing phase, as a delay of the delivery from a subcontractor, errors in design, bad progress of tests and slow response time of the system performance, and we had taken action to solve the problems. In this paper, I want to review causes and actions of these problems to prevent similar cases in a next development.
