1405 Development of a Support Tool for Risk Check by All Project Participants

Abstract

Risk check is an important process in risk management, but it has been done by only a project manager. If it is done by all project participants including project management office and project members, it would become more active. We developed a support tool for all the project participants' risk check. We applied the proposed tool to the risk management in a software development project. The application result shows possibility of the tool.
