1404 A Trial Project Management Lecture Series that Commences with Small Projects

Abstract

Since 2006, I have been in charge of the lecture series on project management that is one of the special subjects of our department for second-year students. From my lecture experience, I assume that the comprehension level of students depends on their project experiences. In 2010, I commenced my course by providing students with experiences of some small projects in six separate, consecutive lectures. We report the contents of these project management exercises and their results.
