Abstract
Risk sensitivity to identify problems of the project is required for the risk management. The skills to extract (identify) risks in each project phases and each stake holders are demanded for the risk managers. This paper shows educational example that risk managers discuss and debate each other about a real event, and that they extract the risks of the project, which is called "Case Method". By this analysis, in the various situations and from various viewpoints, the students can learn practically what kind of correspondence they should take when an accident occurred. This method can be applied to the tool of the project management by taking in a frame of stakeholder analysis and the SWOT analysis. The argument was controlled by the quality of the teaching materials, but the education effect of the case method would be high. This is a good practice of the risk management training of the project.
