Abstract
Factors in the project activity and the relationship of the result are shown by many studies. However, there are not a model and the tool of the project management that reflected the result. In this study, we perform the extraction of the factor about the project team activity and analysis. We suggest it as a task management model by the covariance structure analysis. We can carry out judgment by the index that was unified by performing project team management with a task management model and the effective management.
