Graduate school which I attend is implementing a project having a real customer by a small team. All team members are currently students at the same university having no experience of project development. Therefore, we encountered several problems which caused the schedule delay. In this paper, I introduce about problems we have encountered, countermeasures to those problems and lessons what we have learnt from this project developing process.
