1707 The importance of the date of delivery I learned from schedule delays in student's project

Abstract

It is different from business projects that idea of management scope in student's. Business projects shall manage Quality, Cost and Delivery. However student's shall manage just Quality and Delivery. There are four unskilled system engineers in our project. We focus Quality on, but Delivery. So delay of schedule is happen, and we work on problem. I introduce that idea and the effect. So far I conclude importance of schedule and scope managements.
