Abstract
Talent in the software field is insufficient in the quality and amounts in Japan. Study of the system development on the PBL type is paid to attention as one of the solution for these problems. In this paper, it considers it from team member's motivation and the progress report of the project to the risk management through the study of the PBL type system development. As a result, we understood to be able to expect the improvement of motivation by considering member's responsibility according to the method of roles. In addition, it was suggested that the maintenance of motivation work effectively in the risk management.
