Abstract
The success requirements of the innovation project to realize development of new money and property (a product and service) are three points. First point is the "emotional intellect" that caused the innovation of the project manager and the tenacious posture of the project manager, second point is an understanding person and cooperator of "the story" of the project manager, and third point is the company manager who understands and supports the project manager. In addition, it is impossible for innovation to do to demand prior economic rationality, and the risk management is not suitable for an innovation project and must not be able to leave innovation to the existing management section for the same reason.
