2408 Research on Activated Community for PM Skills Extraction by a Facilitator : Verification by Multi-Agent Simulation

Abstract

The research describes on the activated communities for PM skills transfer incorporating a facilitator. In the past, the research on PM skills transfer management model which is composed of PM knowledge extraction phase, PM knowledge recognition phase, PM practice knowledge transfer phase and PM knowledge transfer management evaluation phase was reported. In this research, the incorporating effects of a facilitator for the effective extraction of PM knowledge are predicted by the multi-agent simulation.
