Abstract
In a development of a large-scale system, it is difficult for the project standards to keep a product consistency due to the quantity aspects. In order for a system development to keep a quality controlled and an efficiency increased, we propose a methodology for measurement and improvement of a project's issues according to the standardized processes and products based on AGUA (AIST Glassbox User-oriented All-in-one) framework. From the standpoint of further discussion, our proposed methodology has been applied to the project employing AGUA framework. As a result through the case study, we have analyzed the detailed requirement of the know-how to control a development project.
