Abstract
This paper introduces the real case in which I applied the PM methodology, mainly progress management, to the summer holiday assignments of an elementary school student. 1) It is desirable to gradually acquire PM capability as a habit from childhood. 2) When applying PM to kids' projects, it is necessary to focus on nurturing, educational aspects rather than merely achieving their goals. 3) There is a possibility that PM education to kids contributes to strengthen their motivation to learn.
