Abstract
PM who manages projects that include complexity and much diversity is required high capabilities to control the complexity situation resulting from human systems. And to cope with problems resulting from human systems, PM's leadership might act greatly. And at the ProMAC2011, I proposed followings. (1) The exertion of the leadership in complexity management should have relation deeply with PM competency. (2) The leadership used as the base of PM competency is authentic leadership. This paper argues about the relation between authentic leadership and Self-esteem which trusts and esteems oneself, and proposes the hint to future PM training..
