Abstract
To lead a project to a successful conclusion, it is important to learn experiential knowledge. To share experiential knowledge systematically, we are required to handle objective knowledge. An issue of process for extracting the knowledge, an analysis has a heavy workload. We assumed that project members understand the whole context of their project, and developed a self assessment approach that could obtain the knowledge in short time. The approach provides visualization technique of project situation, analytical flame and knowledge form to understand knowledge. We evaluate the approach with case study, and show effectiveness and applicability.
