Abstract
A service industry and the manufacturing industry attach great importance to the experience value of the customer. Therefore they offer the service that put hardware and software together. The service produces much new value by coexistence. The coexistence of the service causes altitude with complexity and advancement, and project management makes it hard. The writer calls the service that gathered for coexistence "Service of Services". The writer considers knowledge for project management to support super service from many studies theoretically. I was able to propose it about an action of a role and the knowledge creation of the follower from this consideration.
