2514 The Trial of Visualization of The Management Path Using The Network Analysis Technique

Abstract

One big feature of the 4th edition of PMBOK is that the data flow of a process is defined with the definition of each process. It has been reported that the network structure of 42 processes of PMBOK can be visualized based on this data flow. In this work, the data flow chart in every knowledge area is created individually, and the example which tried visualization of the management flow of communication management knowledge area is reviewed.
