Abstract
This paper discusses how to set personal goals effectively, applying Personal-PM. Structured goal and objectives are important there. As conclusions, 1) There are two types of goals, one is strategic goal, the other is personal project's goal which is comparatively achievable and short-term, 2) Having strategic goal is a base to personal desires in personal life. It is as essential as organizational vision or mission. 3) Personal projects should be aligned with strategic goals, and the project's objectives-setting should be flexible under such goals. 4) The sense-of-value priorities impact on the personal goal setting.
