This paper proposes Project Diffusion Index which takes after BOJ's Diffusion Index broadly used to judge economic condition. It was a typical index in the TANKAN report published quarterly. I explain how to calculate Project Diffusion Index and result of the trial to use the Project Diffusion Index.
