Abstract
Target quality of information technology development project is very important matters in order to take the effective result and success of project at the early stage of project management. BSC (Balance Score Card) is used as a very effective approach for establish target of project during the requirement analysis of project planning. But, Structure and coverage of target is not sure based on the view point of BSC. This issue may cause the rack of important target of project. On the other hand, some time, target of project may be replaced by the realization method and effectiveness of project may be reduced. Above assumption, in this paper, I would like to introduce the concept and effectiveness of Three Dimensional Value Models which expand based on the system quality model defined in ISO/IEC 9126.
